ThinkHealth is rolling out Version 3.3.19, one of our largest updates yet, on Friday, August 29, 2025, starting at 5:00 PM CST. This release includes the new AI Clinical Note Reviewing feature, which checks staff notes for accuracy, consistency, and compliance, as well as updates to Staff View, Patient View, and improvements in billing and reporting. Additional enhancements across the system are designed to help your agency work more efficiently.

Please ensure your team is logged off the server before the update begins. The system will prompt users to log off starting 15 minutes prior, then automatically shut down ThinkHealth and notify our team that it’s ready for the update process.

To help you get the most out of these changes, we’re hosting a training session on Friday, August 29, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM CDT. This hands-on session walks through the new features, shares best practices for using the AI tools, and highlights tips for integrating the enhancements into your daily workflow.
