FISMA

This application is designed to help government facilities meet the requirements set forth in the Federal Information Security Management Act. FISMA defines a comprehensive framework to protect government information, operations, and assets against natural or human-made threats. FISMA was signed into law part of the Electronic Government Act of 2002. The act requires program officials, and the head of each agency, to conduct annual reviews of information security programs, with the intent of keeping risks at or below specified acceptable levels in a cost-effective, timely, and efficient manner.

The purpose of this project is to provide a work flow process for a specific task. This is a web-based application built entirely on .Net frameworks 3.0 using the C# language. We utilize latest technologies including work flow frameworks, provider application model, web parts, master pages, and data driven pages.
