Develop educational opportunities which will benefit the Cheyenne and Arapaho people and represent the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes in all educational matters and issues.
The Cheyenne-Arapaho Tribes Higher Education Program provides educational services to Cheyenne-Arapaho tribal members attending an accredited institution of higher learning through the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (P.L.93-638).  The Higher Education Program is dedicated to providing financial assistance to enrolled tribal members seeking higher education who possess an unmet financial need.

For applying to the Higher Education Grant Application, you need to create an account and go to "My Application(s)" >> Application Forms and then choose Higher Education Form from the list.
